Beginning October 24, iPhone owners in 21 countries will have access to Apple’s Fitness.

The IT giant Apple has announced that, effective of October 24, iPhone users in 21 countries would have access to its subscription-based Fitness+ programme.

With personalised real-time stats that appear on iOS devices, Fitness+ customers with an Apple Watch may keep up their motivation at a high level. Customers can utilise the services even if they don’t own an Apple Watch, though.
Fitness+ is the most inviting and inclusive fitness service in the world, and users have responded extraordinarily favourably to it. We wanted iPhone customers to experience the incredible benefits of Fitness+ and find it easier than ever to begin your journey toward better health and fitness According to a statement from Jay Blahnik, vice president of fitness technologies at Apple.
According to Apple’s announcement, the new workout programme, Yoga for Every Runner, includes 10-minute workouts “designed to improve running posture, balance, and mobility.” There will also be three new Collections: Totally ’80s Cycling, Best Mindful Cooldowns for Athletes, and a 14-Day HIIT and Strength Challenge.
