The stage has finally been set! Following the success of the Ear 1 TWS, the London-based company Nothing is preparing to launch new earbuds in India — Nothing Ear (stick). On October 26 (today), the earbuds will be available for purchase on the Indian e-commerce platforms Myntra and Flipkart. The launch event for Nothing Ear (stick) will begin at 7:30 p.m. IST (today) Interested parties can watch the launch of Nothing Ear (stick) live on the company’s social media platforms.
Nothing Ear (Stick) has a half-in-ear design and a stick, similar to the company’s Nothing Ear, which was released last year. According to the FCC certification website, the upcoming earbuds will be supported by a 350mAh battery case, with each earbud powered by a 36mAh battery.
A small carrying case for the transparent, red-accented TWS earphones is suggested by the teaser image for the Nothing Ear Stick. Nothing indicates that the 4.4 gram Ear Stick is very light, but it is quite possible that each earbud in the pair weighs that amount rather than the device’s entire weight.
The Ear Stick, according to rumours, will be Nothing’s equivalent to Apple’s AirPods in the same way as the Ear 1s are to the AirPods Pro. For those who don’t know, Nothing’s first tech product, Ear 1, was released two years ago. The firm has increased the Ear 1’s global price by $50 (from 99 to 149) due to rising material costs. It’s interesting to note that the price increase takes effect on October 26, the same day the Ear Stick is introduced.
According to reports, the Nothing Ear (stick) will be relatively inexpensive and may lack active noise cancellation (ANC) features. Nothing has raised the price of the Ear (1) several times since its initial release, and according to recent rumours, the new Nothing Ear (Stick) will fill the role of the brand’s most affordable product.
The Ear Stick appears to be a standalone product that can be paired with any Android or iOS device as of right now. The manufacturer promises that the new earbud would be extremely comfy, light, and have an ergonomic design.
Nothing Also Launched their application named Nothing X
Additionally, Nothing introduced the Nothing X application, which allows users to modify motions and tailor the sound output of the Ear (stick) to their preferences. The software lets users find their lost earbuds and is primarily for users who don’t own a Nothing Phone.
Prior to launch, Nothing Phone has partnered with Myntra for the sale and distribution of the Ear Stick in India. Watch the keynote speech for the Nothing Ear Stick launch below in real time, and check back for more information.
